  1. Costa Rica: Costa Rica is a fabulous honeymoon location, in part because of the stunning scenery. Whether you are looking to stay at your resort and relax or go out and explore, there is so much to do on either coast of Costa Rica. There are mountains, beaches, incredible forests, all with breathtaking scenery. In addition to the beauty of Costa Rica, there are fabulous resorts for all budgets. Some of these include the Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica, Rancho Pacifico, Lapa Rios Eco Lodge, Tortuga Lodge, among others. Any of these properties would be the perfect place to spend a romantic honeymoon. The best time to visit Costa Rica is from mid-December to April.
  2. Paris: Ahh, the city of lights and love. Paris is a classic honeymoon destination. It has a reputation for being where many love stories have begun and is one of the most romantic cities in the world. You could stay in your hotel room, but why would you want to? Strolling through the streets of Paris, holding hands, seeing the sights – is there anything more romantic? Some of the best honeymoon hotels in Paris are The Ritz Paris, J.K. Place Paris, The Four Seasons Hotel George V, Cour des Vosges and the Peninsula Paris, are some of the best Paris has to offer. There really is no bad time to go to Paris, but each season has its benefits. Winter is really cold, but gives you an excuse to cuddle up together. In the Summer, you can picnic outside. How romantic is that? There are no bad choices when it comes to going to Paris.
  3. Bora Bora: Here you have your pick of beautiful beaches and lagoons where you can snorkel, sail or sunbathe. In addition, you get awe inspiring scenery, elaborate spas and incredibly romantic over the water bungalows. The hotel options here are all amazing. Among them are The Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora, the Intercontinental Bora Bora Resort and Spa, The St. Regis Bora Bora Resort and the Sofitel Bora Bora Private Island. The best times to go to Bora Bora are November and April. High season is from May to October.
  4. Hawaii: What isn’t romantic about Hawaii? The volcanos, the black sand beaches, the blue waters, the tropical atmosphere. There are so many choices when it comes to Hawaii. You can honeymoon on Oahu, Maui, Lanai, Kauai or the Big Island. Each island has its own distinct personality. On Oahu, the Heart of Hawaii, you can visit Pearl Harbor and many famous filming locations. Kauai, the garden isle, has emerald valleys, mountains and jagged cliffs. Maui, the valley isle, is the second largest Hawaiian island and has world famous beaches, humpback whales (during the winter season) and has been voted the “best island in the US” by Conde Nast Traveler readers for over 20 years. On the Big Island, which is the youngest and largest island in the Hawaiian island chain, you can see all but four of the world’s climate zones. From wet tropical to polar tundra, there are volcanos, snow capped mountains and lush valleys. and so much to do and see. Lanai, Hawaii’s most enticing island is 9 miles away from Maui, yet worlds away at the same time. Lanai has two sides; luxurious and rugged. For the best whale watching, you want to go to Hawaii between November and May, but there is never a bad time to go to Hawaii.
  5. Santorini: Between the amazing sunsets, phenomenal Greek food and incredibly romantic hotels, Santorini is tops on our list of fantastic honeymoon destinations. There are red and black beaches to sunbathe on and ruins to explore. If you are a wine lover, there are plenty of wineries to indulge in. With no shortage of things to do, Santorini should definitely be on your honeymoon list. The best time to go is between September to October and April to May.
