She was able to put together an adventure that included everything we requested from winter ice/snow activities to tours. We also had last minute changes due to scheduling and weather which she used as an opportunity to pivot to a new plan seamlessly. I’ve used Susan for 2 vacations in the last 5 months. In August my husband and I drove from Seattle to San Diego-a fantastic 3 week trip with so many logistics, thank goodness for Susan! Then, we just got back from Aruba, where we took our entire family-10 of us. The logistics were difficult, having ppl coming from 2 different cities with arrivals happening on 2 different days. She sent us to a great all inclusive resort. The major requirements from both countries with testing into Aruba and testing to come back into the country. She helped us in so many ways getting us where and when we recvd or testing. Thanks Susan!

Susan was the first one to get back in contact with me. Everyone else took their sweet time. She set us up with everything. We needed to leave in less than two weeks. We started off traveling with our cat. So everything surrounded "Titty Tar". She worked fast and hard. Then Tar needed surgery, so everything changed. Susan got right on it. We were so happy with the way it all worked out, we used her again to get us back home. This is after we decided to stay an extra two weeks. Three weeks later, we needed Susan's services again. This time it was three of us traveling. I can't say enough how grateful we are for all she's done for us. Plans, cars and a beautiful place to stay. When I've needed to speak to her any time, she was there. I plan on using her every time we plan to travel. Very sweet woman. Thank you!
